Cafe Phillips is a neighborhood cafe one block from Union Station, at 50 F Street NW. We open at 7 for breakfast sandwiches, bagels and espresso, and switch to deli sandwiches, salads and soup for lunch – all made to order and ready in five to ten minutes.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30, Monday through Friday. Eggs are cooked when you order, bagels and croissants come in fresh every morning, and the breakfast platters are big enough to skip lunch. Grab a sandwich and a coffee on the way to the office, or sit down for an omelet if you have ten minutes to spare.

Lunch runs from 11:00 to 3:30. Our sandwiches are the reason most people find us: turkey and chicken breast are roasted here every morning and hand‑carved to order, breads and wraps are baked daily, and every sandwich comes with your choice of toppings and sides. Hot sandwiches – the Reuben, steak and cheese, chicken and cheese – come off the grill, and the burgers are Angus beef or black bean.
